Buy some Ripple(XRP). Price has more than tripled from .24 to .87 within the last few days. It is being looked into by some big companies(amazon and the like) and it has the fastest transaction/transfer time of all the altcoins. Have heard coinbase is going to be adding it also.

Decided the AntMiner D3 isn't really worth it even as a hobby, at least at the $1245 it cost on amazon. So returned it unopened. I did setup a YoBit account which makes trading currencies really easy. It's interesting how much LTC and BTC varies/lags between that site and Coinbase, anyway I loaded $200 in and have been having fun buying random currencies. If anyone gets any hot tips let me know. :) I tried to setup a Bittrex account but something is screwed up with their validation and the support request I made has been days unanswered now. The only profitable miners right now are the Bitmain S9 and L3+. The L3+ you can order from Bitmain direct for $2000 + shipping (from China) but they won't ship until March and by then who knows how profitable it will be. But right now they are making around $600/month in profit working LiteCoin. To buy one now people are asking ridiculous prices like $5000+.

Yeah modern cats are amazing at what they do. Keep them in place and enjoy not breathing fumes at stoplights.

Why do they have special phones so they can talk about subverting the government? This shit is beyond out of control.

IG had to be looking into Strzok because of the botched Hillary email investigation. Text from FBI agent Lisa Page to Peter Strzok: "So look, you say we text on that phone when we talk about Hillary because it can't be traced. What exactly are you hiding?

Go catless or run sport cats? That is a question we hear all the time on the forums, isn't it? Well, BoostAddict.com was able to do some independent testing on the 991.2 Project car and obtained some valuable and interesting data. Full disclosure, Soul Performance is a vendor here and I contacted them telling them what I planned to do with my 2017 911 Carrera. I asked about their exhaust options and spoke with Mike Spock. Mike was honest and upfront saying he believed there was not much gain to be had with the sport cats or bypass pipes alone. Well, as luck would have it I was getting a tune. After some debate I decided since I had the PSE (Porsche Sport Exhaust) it made sense to go with the bypass pipes for the sound quality alone. Check out the sound: Unfortunately, a mixup resulted in the bypass pipes being shipped to my home rather than my tuner. If you are wondering why this article took so long to be posted, now you know. Anyway, with the Soul Performance 991.2 Cat Bypass pipes I picked up 13 horsepower at the wheels: There is indeed a tradeoff of torque down low for horsepower up top. You do not start to see a gain with the bypass pipes until 4200 rpm. Oddly enough while there is a peak torque loss there is a slight spool improvement. Overall, the gains up top where the 991.2 Carrera badly needs them are well worth losing a bit of torque from 3500-4200 rpm especially considering a tune brings torque in that range up so high to begin with. Now compare these bypass pipes results to an independent test by VF-Engineering of the Fabspeed 991.2 sport catalytic converters. These sport cats retail for $2650: Fabspeed claims the sport cats lose a little torque but provide huge gains up top similar to what my bypass pipe testing shows: Well, right now is where you are going to learn the difference between a marketing graph and real independent testing graph. Here is a 991.2 Carrera with the Fabspeed Sport cats overlaid with my stock baseline pull on this same dyno at VF-Engineering: My stock car is the red line making 344 whp 326 wtq. The car with the Fabspeed sport cats is making less power and less torque. Basically, the sport cats aren't helping at all. Would a tune help see gains? Definitely but the truth is the factory cats flow pretty darn well. If you are buying sport cats for power gains alone you are wasting your money. Ultimately, the Soul Performance bypass pipes helped us hit 455 whp and 448 lb-ft of torque at the wheels with an aggressive race gas tune. That is the most anyone has shown on the platform so far: The more gas you flow the more of a gain you will see. Thank you to Soul Performance, Gintani, and VF-Engineering.

What APR is doing with the Golf R is amazing. This is a 10-second Golf on pump gas! Yes, pump gas and street tires. Essentially performance you can repeat every single day and they did not even have to open the motor. The APR Stage 3+ turbo upgrade kit is what makes this possible and the BorgWarner EFR7163 turbocharger of course. The pump gas aspect needs to be highlighted though. We all have seen the kit top 500 whp on race gas but running 10's on whatever you fill up with locally with a 2.0 liter motor is just awesome. For perspective, a GTI on 93 octane will dyno 474 whp but a Golf R sending power to all four wheels will have higher losses. Either way it gives you an idea of the level of power it takes to achieve this result on the strip. Consistent, reliable, and fast. Exactly what you expect from APR:
