      Who does not love to see cars versus bikes? The car here being the 911 GT2 RS which is capable of high 10's around the 133 mile per hour trap speed mark and the bike being the Ducati 1199 Panigale S. The Ducati has a 415 pound curb weight and a 195 horse motor putting the power to weight easily in the bikes favor. A good rider should be able to extract a 10 flat in the 1/4 mile in the mid 140 mile per hour range with the Ducati.

      The GT2 RS really is not the best drag race choice in the Porsche lineup. A Turbo S with the PDK is really the way to go for 1/4 mile racing with its all wheel drive and launch control.

      Since this is a Chris Harris video he manages to turn a simple drag race into an 18 minute video of him talking about his feelings. He also is not a very good drag racer tending to bog off the line and he does not shift cleanly.

      It definitely is cool to see the difference between a very fast car and a very fast bike. It was not even close with the GT2 turning an 11.7@128 and the bike doing a 10.6@139.5.

        I do like Chris Harris videos, and this one is no exeption.
        He does capture the essence of driving a car.
        It is always fun to watch.

        LOL... yes i do quite enjoy Chris Harris's video a lot as well. its not just all about numbers

        Pathetic performance from both the car and the bike, they did capture a point that alot of people dont grasp. drag racing is not as easy as it looks and that you cant just get into a fast car/bike and actually go fast. Even the magazines that are notoriously slow got better times out of it. If he would have ran 11.0 the video would have been more entertaining. With a rider has tried drag racing before that bike is high 9 low 10 bike too not a 10.6 lol
