    • Listen to the symphony that is the IPE Porsche 991 GT3 RS titanium exhaust system - Specs and dyno results

Here is one good reason to keep the naturally aspirated Porsche flat-6 around. It sounds incredible. No matter how big of an advocate for turbocharging you might be there simply is nothing in the Porsche lineup that sounds this good. Period.

The exhaust itself is gorgeous to look at alone. It is a titanium piece of art. Almost a shame that when installed nobody can see it. They definitely can hear it though.

The full exhaust system including header also provides a performance benefit. The weight savings are 42 pounds and the increase in power is 28 horses.

For someone looking to extract the most out of their GT3 RS the iPE valved titanium system is something to consider.

That is a weight reduction of 53.1% to the original weight of the stock exhaust with 26.0 kg: a weight saving of phenomenal 13.83 kg. The iPE titanium exhaust offers plenty of advantages. Improved handling thanks to the much lighter rear end of the car, as well as increased performance.

The exhaust valves make it possible to improve both torque and horsepower, while the muffler internals were designed to specifically attack power gains and create our trademark F1 sound. iPE is famous for performance and F1 sound at its finest. The new lightweight titanium exhaust for 991 GT3 opens up entirely new worlds. Any passionate driver who looks for that extra-kick should consider refining his car with an exhaust of the new Titanium Line of iPE.

Curious about the dyno... Porsche says peak power is @ 8,250 and the stock car is showing peak power nearly 1,000rpms earlier.

It makes sense as to why Porsche dialed down the redline compared to the 3.8.
