I still like you guys though, I've bought plenty from a Frank, but sometimes it's just not the best deal and I don't play the back and forth price match game.
They don't claim to have the best deal on everything. Nobody has the best deal on everything.

I can tell you my quote was definitely not the website price. The same for people I've referred. "

Was your dyno before or after adaptation to the tune ie you already put miles on the tune before dyno ? The dyno results in the OP are premature before adaptation.

RENNtech's dyno which is a dynojet reflects similar numbers on a Mustang dyno. I did this cause i dont like dynojets which often read high, however, RENNtech dynoject reads low as it was on par with the Mustang Dyno I did at PROs tuning - another Cobb authorized tuner.

In real world experience I have pulled on N54's runing Cobb Stage 2+ (not disregarding I am DCT) and except for one that was a 135i.

So based on the real world performance results and dyno tests is the reason I said between stage 2+ Aggressive and E30 OTS maps. "

mithiral67 created the thread Warnings to 335is owners and possible others?.
" Little back ground. I have a 2011 335is manual with 20k miles. Modifications include cobb flash, FMIC, DPs, Intake, and RB upgraded turbos. Everything was on the car when I brought it to the dealer but the cobb, I had uninstalled it.

So, I had my brake pad service indicator on for a month or so, with the miles indicator counting down. Took it in about 3 weeks ago and they noted that the pads were fine (60%) but that the system was off and needed to be updated. I said okay, no worries. Get it back the next day.

I have been swamped with work and didnít have a chance to put the cobb back on. One thing odd I noted was I wasnít getting an error for not having my primary cats and I wasnít see fuel pump codes (running e45 with a stock fueling system with RBs was taking its toll) like I was before bringing it in.

So, last week I had time to install the cobb and get Rom not recognized. I fired off to Cobb and received the following info from cobb.

I received your rom and have started to get working on it, but this is a completely new family of roms that I have never seen. Is this your first time attempting to install the Accessport, or did you recently get an update from the dealer? Just curious... "

The exact reverse is generally true.

Bigger turbos generally have higher efficiencies (both compressor and turbine). This is because some things on manufactured turbos don't scale up with the size of the wheels. Things like the nut and face at the front of the compressor wheel and the space between the wheel and compressor housing. Smaller turbos have a higher percentage of their wheel size taken up by the big nut and face in the middle and have a larger gap (when considered as a percentage of the wheel size) for air to escape around the compressor wheel in particular. Look at a small Garrett compressor map and a large Garrett compressor map and you'll see that the bigger turbos have higher efficiency. "

They are up your ass everywhere. Some guy in Nevada is getting fined or his cows confiscated or something because they wandered over and grazed on government land. The cows read the wrong signs apparently. "

Like I said I've seen Turner put them on sale for $2,250 not too long ago, I think that's a good deal. And someone on here was parting out their car and only had like 7k miles or something on some clubsports selling for $1800 I think, maybe even less. @nafoo maybe?
