I've seen the Laser Interceptor Gen 8; they had a group buy over on M3Post a while ago... Can you buy the Escort ZR4 as a package with their detectors?

The ZR4 can be purchased alone, or with a link to certain model escort detectors, or its included with the 9500ci remote mount custom install.

The blinder m27/m47 (2/4 transceivers) and the laser-interceptor gen 8 are the only other jammers worth considering with, I believe, the gen 8 the class of the field.

If it matters, the gen 8 is a Croatian co., the blinder is a Danish co., while the ZR4 is an American co.

    Bingo - what isn't ?

But I've some really slick installs where they are totally invisible to the naked eye. You literally have to start pulling bumpers to find the hardware.

And I take it without some kind of serious written justification from a judge the Cops can't do this?

Thanks for the info LZH. Aside from the heat, it seems we have it lucky here in SoFlo compared to California (as far as laws/CAFE standards).

Once im done with my downpipes install, i start looking into buying a detector and laser defeater. As it stands the ZR4 and the 9500ix looks pretty good. Anything better for a similar price?

The fine is no big deal but what grounds do they have to impound if they can't see anything? I hate all these rules that favor law enforcement and the government over the citizens.

the 9500 with the integrated zr4 is a great setup. but it HAS to be installed properly to work. The mounting angle on the front array has to +/- a few degrees or it does not work right. In other words, don't skimp in a cheap install because that is as important if not moreso than the hardware itself. Glad I could help.

Getting pulled over is a hit or miss. I've been pulled over so many times, its normal to me now. You keep your cool and be polite majority of the time the cop lets you go. I've had real douch cops pull me over for dumb reason, and some cool cops. I even had a cop ask me to race him LOL. He had a Trans am WS6.

AWESOME (some James Bond $#@!), but this is more likely to get in you significantly more trouble if you get caught / the "fake" plates get run by a cop & are discovered to be falsified.

I saw $0 but looks like it was updated to show $445 for the kit now. A little pricey but worth it.

I guess its worth it if your doing extreme high-speed runs and you pass a cop who catches it on his camera. Then you outrun him and pass by cameras and yeah... You know where it goes from there lol

Or for toll road or red light cameras. Or anything really where they photo your plate. Parking structures, whatever. Great way to fight the man.

I havent had too many issues with those type of citations, luckily. I believe they made red-light camera photos 'non-incriminating' in my area, basically meaning if you get mailed a red-light camera ticket, you dont have to pay it. its voluntary haha
