    • Autocar continues to insist the 2020 Porsche 992 GT3 will be turbocharged - Test mule spy photos

Why? Probably to get clicks because Porsche issued no statement stating the GT3 is going turbo. Autocar is not the only one trying to get traffic from this topic. The thing is Porsche themselves are going for 9500 rpm and an even stronger naturally aspirated flat-6 which is expected to translate to a GT3 road car.

That certainly sounds more exciting than yet another turbocharged 911 let alone a turbo GT3 which will make the GT2 redundant.

Autocar maintains a reworked 3.8 liter twin turbo flat-6 will be utilized according to their 'anonymous' sources which is just another way of saying we made it up out of thin air.

The PorscheBoost.com feeling on the matter is that Autocar's reporting is garbage. We'll believe it when we see it.

        Yep, looks sick!

I think this car is NA though. No air inlets on the sides...
