    • Watch a McLaren 650S with a tune and hybrid turbo upgrade obliterate a 991.2 GT2 RS in a 1/2 mile

Going straightline racing with a GT2 RS defeats the purpose of it but despite it being a track weapon it's a damn fast car in stock form. So is a McLaren 650S though and this 650S in the video is not stock.

It has a Pure Turbos upgrade and software from DME Tuning.

The GT2 RS does not stand a chance. The 650S ends up trapping 172.5 miles per hour while the GT2 RS was in the 162-164 mile per hour range.

A rematch with a tuned GT2 RS would be worth seeing.

There were 2 GT2Rs at the event and if I remember correctly they both trapped about 155-156 with the wing the 160+mph was no wing.

Amazing the difference the drag from the wing makes.

        I'm staying wingless.
