There is no loser here. Both of these cars are fantastic. The McLaren 570S is a more technologically advanced and modern take on a sports car and this comes with a premium.
The GT3 is no slouch:

Nobody does more with less than Porsche. That they keep extracting what they do out of the platform is remarkable in of itself.
The cold hard numbers tell the truth as to the performance capability though. So which is faster?
Well, this comes with a caveat that it rained. UK automotive outlets often face this problem. It rains a lot there. These are sports cars designed for maximum dry grip. Does that make the test pointless? No, but it is something to take into account.

The GT3 wins. How? It's really the rubber with the Pilot Sport Cup 2's offering a bit more grip and the McLaren struggling to put down its torque on less sticky rubber when it was a bit wet out.
Do this again in the dry with equal rubber and we'll have something a bit more meaningful.
