    • GIAC/Champion tuned Porsche 991.2 Turbo S running 10.1@133 in the 1/4 mile

There is an old school Chevelle with a big V8 taking on the 991.2 Turbo S in this video for those into that sort of thing. PorscheBoost is focused on the 991.2 Turbo S and its 93 octane pump gas tune from GIAC and Champion Motorsports.

Champion works with GIAC and essentially provides a dealer warranty for GIAC tunes. In the modern Porsche tuning age though, GIAC tunes seem to be a bit weak and behind the times.

PorscheBoost rarely sees GIAC doing any custom work say for the 991.2 9A2B6 platforms or really anything noteworthy or record setting.

Still, Champion sells their software and this 991.2 Turbo S is equipped with a tune for 93 octane.

How does it do? At PBIR (Palm Beach International Raceway) the 991.2 Turbo S runs a 10.197 @ 133.62 in the 1/4 mile. This is hit on a very nice 1.46 short time.

No timeslips posted but it is good to get tuned 991.2 Turbo S figures for reference. PorscheBoost would also speculate this result points to the 992 generation Turbo S definitely having a shot at running 9's stock.

That 991.2TTS runs very well. 10.1 is VERY impressive for a Tune and exhaust. Only odd thing is the 133=134 trap speed. I know 3 stock 2019's running 132-133mph but only at 10.4 ET. That tune really makes that TTS Launch and ET well.

Yea, I was expecting a 135+ trap for the 10.1

We have a JB4 only 991.2 TTS doing 10.1 as well Click here to enlarge

I'm surprised on the 128 trap stock. Some guy was telling me he hit 135 stock and how is that possible?
