    • The TTE600 2017 on Porsche 911 Carrera 3.0 turbo upgrade used in the Stage 3 McChip-Dkr upgraded dynos 583 horsepower

Recently Scuderia V set the standing 1/2 mile record for the Porsche 991.2 3.0 platform. They ran a McChip-DKR Stage 3 upgrade which features TTE's (The Turbo Engineers Germany) TTE600 Porsche 9A2 3.0 hybrid turbo upgrade.

Much like the BoostAddict Stage 1 turbo package they are utilizing the stock housings for a seamless OEM quality install. The difference is the BoostAddict turbochargers have a more aggressive wheel design from Tial Sport capable of much more power.

That said, the TTE600 upgrade certainly is not a bad option:

A very nice curve tuned by McChip-DKR with power climbing until redline. The turbos definitely do start to drop off though past 4500 rpm though they still hit 583 horsepower. This is 52 more crank horsepower than a McChip-DKR tuned GTS.

They also are likely capable of hitting 600 crank horsepower with more aggressive tuning or higher octane fuel but for now they come up just short.

Still, it's enough power to hit 162 in the 1/2 mile and a 129 trap speed in the 1/4 mile on the timing equipment utilized at the Race 1000 event in Germany. In other words, faster than a Porsche 991.1 Turbo.

This is just the beginning of the hybrid era for the 991.2 3.0 but it is already looking very promising.

McChip-DKR charges 16,399.00 Euros for their Stage 3 package. The BoostAddict Stage 1 package is over 10,000.00 Euros cheaper.

They didn't but I would assume pump gas tune.

Wish they would have given us a stock baseline to obtain delta. Graph reads like a Superflow eddy current chassis dyno

Have you seen the turbine housing this company has made? Pretty cool polygon look.

With that amount of torque I wonder how long the pdk would hold up...

The numbers thrown out for the PDK and torque handling capability are wrong as far as the 991.2 Carrera, S, GTS, T, are concerned.

I'm making much more torque than this setup and have launched on the strip with full rpm launch control and no issues whatsoever.

I don't think we can exceed the torque capability of the PDK on hybrid turbos. At least nobody has and I know I'm trying...
